Last Document of Enrollment; Chicago, "Surrendered, Vessel Wrecked", 5/23/1883.
Final Voyage

April 30, 1883. The schooner Arrow bound from Milwaukee to Leland, Mich., in ballast, ran aground 3 1/2 miles northeast of Rawley's Point off Two Rivers, Wis. Unfortunately, the Arrow was aground on a bar of quicksand, and therefore resisted all efforts to secure it's resist release. Salvors made two different attempts to pump the vessel out and pull it off with tugs. After hours of pulling the vessel refused to move. The captain had it's anchors, chains, sails and running gear along with it's spars and standing rigging removed. The vessel then was abandoned as a complete wreck.
