Keith Meverden Keith is an alumnus of the Program in Maritime History at East Carolina University. He has participated in archaeological projects throughout the Great Lakes, North Carolina, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, including the USS Monitor with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) off Hatteras, North Carolina. He works as an underwater archaeologist with the Wisconsin Historical Society’s Maritime Preservation and Archaeology Program, and he is a licensed Coast Guard Captain.
