Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, Lake Huron, Michigan  The only national marine sanctuary on the Great Lakes protects historically significant shipwrecks ranging from nineteenth century wooden side-wheelers to twentieth century steel-hulled steamers.
 
East Carolina University Program in Maritime Studies   Includes a program description, dive pictures and links to other sites.
 
Southwest Underwater Archaeological Society  A "voluntary group of individuals dedicated to investigating and documenting underwater wrecks, cultural remains and other items of archaeological interest in the Gulf of Mexico and in inland waters of the Southwest USA."
