Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Blackhawk Park is located adjacent to the main channel of the Mississippi River. The park is three miles north of DeSoto, Wis., and 30 miles south of La Crosse, Wis., just off Wisconsin State Highway 35 on County Road BI. Blackhawk is the largest public use facility in Pool 9 of the mighty Mississippi. A wide variety of recreational opportunities are available to meet each visitors preference.
