Final Voyage

"The Agnes Willie was bound from Green Bay to an unknown destination with a cargo of apples when she capsized seven miles off Baileys Harbor. Her two owners were the only ones aboard and were rescued by fisherman from Mud Bay (now Moonlight Bay just northeast of Bailey's Harbor). She drifted ashore and became a total loss. Vessel and cargo were valued at $500 for which there was no insurance." Wild Gales and Tattered Sails, Paul J. Creviere, Jr.
